Terms of Service

AykoAI is an online curriculum for learning to build AI agents: structured courses, lessons, assessments, and certificates. It is an educational product. We work hard to keep the material accurate and current, but we make no guarantee of specific outcomes — including employment, salary, or career results. Market statistics shown in the Service are drawn from third-party sources and describe the market generally, not a promise to you.

You need an account to use the app. Sign-in is via email link or Google. You must provide an email you control, and you’re responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

Accounts are personal. One person per account — sharing login credentials is not permitted, and the Service technically limits an account to one active device at a time.

Part of the curriculum is free. Full access to every course and certificate is a one-time purchase — not a subscription. It grants a personal, lifetime license to the full curriculum, including courses we add later. Prices are shown at checkout; payment is processed by Stripe. We may change the price for future purchases at any time; your completed purchase is unaffected.

Full Access grants immediate access to the complete digital curriculum, so all purchases are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. The free courses exist precisely so you can judge the quality of the curriculum before paying — please use them.

Billing errors are different: if you were double-charged, or paid and didn’t receive access, email admin@aykoai.com and we’ll make it right.

All curriculum content — lessons, assessments, illustrations, and structure — is owned by us and licensed to you for personal learning only. You may not copy, scrape, extract, republish, resell, or share the content, in whole or in part, or use it to build a competing product or train a model. Automated access (bots, scripts, crawlers) to the app is prohibited.

Certificates are earned by completing courses and passing their assessments. Each certificate records the account holder’s name at the time of issue and carries a verification code others can check. Certificates describe completion of our curriculum; they are not an accreditation or a professional qualification. We may revoke certificates obtained through fraud, account sharing, or circumvention of assessments.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms — including credential sharing, scraping, assessment fraud, or abuse of the Service. If we terminate a paid account for violations, no refund is due. You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from the account screen; deletion is immediate and permanent (see the Privacy Policy).

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of every kind, and our total liability to you for any claim connected to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email, and the date above always reflects the current version. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
